Exhibition & Environmental

At exhibition scale, a small design mistake becomes a large one.

A stall gets one afternoon of walk-by attention from people comparing a dozen competitors on the same aisle. We design exhibition stalls, signage and large-format graphics to work at that scale and that distance — legible from ten metres, coherent up close, and built to survive a three-day show.

Why it matters

Nobody reads a stall. They scan it from ten metres away.

A brochure gets read up close, with attention. A trade-show stall gets scanned from across an aisle by someone deciding, in about two seconds, whether to walk over. That's a completely different design problem — one where a logo that looks fine on a business card can disappear entirely at booth scale, and copy that reads well on a page becomes noise at ten metres.

We design for that distance and that attention span first: what has to be legible from across the hall, what earns a closer look, and what only needs to hold up once someone's already standing inside the stall. The same discipline applies to signage and environmental graphics at a facility or office — legible at the scale and distance they're actually seen from, not just from a designer's screen.

What's included

Every element, built for exhibition scale.

01

Exhibition stalls & booths

Full stall design — structure, graphics and layout — built around how visitors actually move through a hall.

02

Signage & wayfinding

Directional and identification signage for offices, facilities and events, legible at the distance it's actually read from.

03

Large-format print graphics

Banners, backdrops and wall graphics prepared for large-format print without loss of quality or colour accuracy.

04

Environmental branding

Brand presence applied to a physical space — reception areas, facility walls, vehicle branding — as one coherent system.

05

Print production management

Large-format print is unforgiving of errors — we manage file prep, proofing and production the same way we do for every print job.

06

Install-ready specification

Every element specified and dimensioned for installation, so what arrives on-site fits the space as designed.

Built to scale

What works on screen has to hold up across an aisle.

How it works

From stand booking to install-ready graphics, four steps.

01

Space & brief

Stand dimensions, sightlines and objective reviewed — what needs to work from across the hall versus up close.

02

Concept design

A stall or environment concept designed around visitor flow, then refined into full specification.

03

Production management

Large-format files prepared and managed through print production, checked for colour and scale before output.

04

Install-ready delivery

Graphics and structure delivered dimensioned and specified for straightforward on-site installation.

FAQ

Common questions.

We design the full stall — layout, structure and graphics together — and coordinate with fabrication partners for build, so the graphics are designed for the actual structure rather than applied to it afterward.

Yes. Wayfinding and identification signage for offices and facilities uses the same distance-and-legibility thinking as exhibition work, and we design both.

Ideally four to six weeks before the show date, to allow for concept design, production and installation logistics without rushing the print. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on stand size.

Yes — large-format print carries a high cost of error, so we manage file preparation and production the same way we do for any other print job, checking proofs before full-size output.

Yes. Environmental and exhibition graphics are designed on the same visual system as your stationery, brochures and other print material, so a stall or office reads as the same company as your printed pieces.
