A file that looks right on screen can still print wrong.
Screen colour and print colour are different systems — RGB versus CMYK or spot ink, a backlit display versus reflected light off a specific paper stock. A file approved on a monitor can still come back from the press too dark, too warm, or with a finish that doesn't sit the way it looked in a mockup. That gap is where most print disappointments happen, and it's rarely the designer's fault or the printer's — it's a handoff nobody managed.
